Grass Cutting

The Council is responsible for ensuring grass is cut and maintained at a satisfactory level on land owned by it and arranging for some highway verges to be mown for Wiltshire County Council to an agreed standard.

Grass cutting schedules are devised by our Grounds contractor, English Landscapes Ltd. Grass will only be cut when the weather conditions allow, we will not cut grass during or immeadiately after heavy or prolonged periods of rain in order to ensure the area is not adversely affected.
