The Council has adopted Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) to assist with the implementation of policies H2 and H22 of the District Plan 1st Alteration. The document is publishesd in PDF format and will open in a new window.

The draft SPG was subject to two six- week periods of consultation. The Council would like to thank all those people who responded during the consultation process. Consultation responses (PDF file, opens in a new winbdow) were reported to the Council's Cabinet which decided on 31 August 2005 to adopt the SPG.
