Wiltshire County Council, in partnership with Swindon Borough Council, has the responsibility for producing the Waste Local Plan for Wiltshire. The Waste Local Plan, once adopted, will set out the policies, and identify preferred areas for the sustainable management of Wiltshire's waste.
