Issues arising from the Hearing Session Schedule of Proposed Amendments to the Leisure and Recreation DPD

In response to the Inspector's comments following the hearing session of the Public Examination into the Leisure and Recreation DPD, the Council now proposes that the following changes be made to the submitted draft of the DPD.

This is the final version of the Schedule of Proposed Amendments, updated 1 October 2008 in response to further comments from the Inspector. A series of Proposals Maps to accompany this document will be added in due course.

However, as the proposed changes to the submitted draft DPD include amendments to some of the policy wording, an amendment to the Sustainability Appraisal is also required. This document identifies all the policies where proposed changes have been made to the submitted draft DPD and comments on whether these changes affect the existing Sustainability Appraisal.
