Local Development Framework Annual Monitoring Report The Annual Monitoring Report is one of the documents that is part of the Local Development Framework. Its purpose is to set out progress against targets and indicators in the District Plan. It also shows the progress made in producing Local Development Documents, the details of which are set out in the Local Development Scheme. Local Authorities have a statutory requirement to produce this document each year. The latest Monitoring Report covers the period 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007.
