View building regulation submissions online

Important Information on the Building Regulations Public Access System

Public Access is an on-line Internet service that enables our customers to view details of current building regulations submissions and some historic submissions from January 2000. You will be able to view lists of submissions received each week and those that have been decided. In addition you can view property details which will display building regulations submissions, planning applications, appeal information and some policies which apply to the property. You will also be able to select the property on a map and view any related information.

This service will be unavailable between the hours of 11pm and 7am daily.

Building Control Public Access continues to be developed by West Wiltshire District Council but at present the information is not comprehensive.

Our programme for the future includes:

1. Input of competent persons information.
2. Input of associated plans and documents.
