04/10/2006 A very 'can do' approach and very useful to our build.  Thank you.

16/10/2006 We are pleased about the diligence of the officer who oversaw that Regs were adhered to; particularly as we are at work all day.  We were unfortunate in our choice of builder - he was lazy, slow, filthy and expensive - at least your inspectors kept him on his toes!

16/10/2006 The main contractors for the work were Attic Life Ltd, but in our short time dealings with your inspector we have found him polite and pleasant.

15/11/2006 I have marked 3 for flexibility and would comment that the process was bureaucratic in the initial stages dealing with Triwbridge.  Site visits were much more practical and appreciated.

26/11/2006 The job I wanted to do was change an unlagged hot water cylinder to a modern lagged one.  I thought the requirement for Building Control Permission and the charge was excessive for this particular job.

12/01/2007 The certificate issued does not state what windows were replaced.  We only had our front 4 windows renewed as the rest of our windows were already UPVC.  Also £100 for issuing the certificate seems a little high as your building officer was only in our property for no longer than 3 minutes.
