Walking to a more active, healthy life. Brisk walking is the aim. Being active for 30 minutes a day, five times a week can make a difference to health and fitness.

Record your progress from moderate walks on mostly flat ground, to moderate/hard walks with occasional gradients, to hard walks with gradients. Levels 1, 2 and 3.
