Start: The Central car park.
Distance: 3.1 miles approx.
Intensity: Level 2 (occasional gradients).
Terrain: Pavements, lanes, footpaths, very muddy when wet, main road to cross.
Finish: The Central car park.
Points of interest: Woodland park. Town park.
Leave the Central car park with the Police Station on your right, turn right into Station Road and then left into Fairfield Road to the end. Cross Imber Road into a lane by New Close School, walk along the lane and right into Woodcock Road.
Follow Woodcock Road, past Kingdown School on your right and then St George's School.
At the crossroads, turn right into Boreham Road and then cross over opposite the post office to follow Smallbrook Lane through to the Smallbrook Meadows car park. Turn right and follow Wheelers Lane before walking through the town park. When you leave the park, turn right into Weymouth Street, cross the Market Place at the lights and cut through the Three Horse Shoes shopping mall to return to the car park.
