Our Customer Standards and Responsibilities

As a Local Authority we have a duty to provide housing advice and information to all residents of West Wiltshire. We specialise in giving advice to individuals and families who are at risk of losing their homes or who are already homeless.

We also hold and maintain the housing register for anyone who would like to be considered for affordable housing within the district.
