Help on using the Council website

This website contains a wide range of information about the Council and its services. The site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser version 6 or above and screen resolution set to 1024 x 768. There are several ways of accessing the information and facilities available on the website:

• The main navigation menu on the left of the homepage, this links to major sections of the website.
• The site map provides an overview of the website and links to all areas
• The A to Z directory provides links to all information in alphabetical order
• You can use the search facility to search by keyword
• The frequently asked questions page may contain the answer to your question
• The online services page is a shortcut to things you can do online, such as make a comment, pay a Council Tax bill or request a building control inspection.
• If you need to doanload a document, please refer to download help and information on file formats used on the site
• We have also put together an accessibility guide for using this website. This explains what we have done to help make the site as accessible as possible to all users.
