Heavy bins

We are unable to empty wheeled bins that are too heavy. If our operatives consider your bin to be overloaded, they will place a sticker on the lid letting you know that they have been unable to empty your bin because of its weight. If this happens, you will need to remove some of the contents from  the bin and then place it back out on the next collection day. Do not put stones, rubble, soil, timber or heavy items into the bin. There are disposal facilities at the Household Recycling Centres for soil, turf, rubble, timber and heavy green waste.
