Contaminated Land

This authority aims to secure a future for 'brownfield' sites by identifying, assessing and enabling remediation of contaminated land. The authority identifies and assesses potentially contaminated sites in accordance with its published contaminated land strategy document.

If you require information about a specific site, or require a search for information on a specific site there may a minimum charge of £60. For further information please call 01225 776655 and ask to speak to the contaminated land officer in Environmental Protection. We can accept payments by credit card or cheque.
