Electronic Submission

Electronic Submissions can be made by following the information on the Submit-a-Plan web site.

The plans will be checked within the normal timescale and you will be notified at various stages of the process. Payment for the plan charge can be made in the normal manner to our office.

Partnership Scheme

The Purpose of the Partner Authority Scheme is to give a Partner Company a one to one relationship with a Partner Authority for the plan approval aspect of all construction projects irrespective of location. The Partner Authority will act as an effective link to the local authority where the project is to be built (Inspecting Local Authority on behalf of the Partner Company).
