04/04/2005 - Very helpful staff who offered expert advice.

07/04/2005 - Special Note for Gareth - Miss you so much I've had to get another project in Westbury - See you soon!!!! Just waiting for planning approval.

11/04/2005 - Many hours have been spent addressing the same issue to different inspectors. Each inspector has had a different solution and this has delayed work considerably - I would suggest one inspector is assigned to a job rather than each inspection being made by someone else. For the amount paid I would expect much better service.

17/06/2005 - The staff were very prompt helpful and co-operative in all aspects of our extension.

26/05/2005 - Changes during project

06/06/2005 - I was impressed by the positive response from my initial phone call to the completion of the report, especially as all work took place in 2000. Admin could have been a bit quicker.

12/05/2005 - Overall an excellent service

06/05/2005 - Although my work was free because it was for my disabled daughter nevertheless these regulations have been imposed on us by the 'nanny state' and should therefore be covered by the council tax.

05/05/2005 - To let people know that building notice and building regs with plans are not the same and that you don't tell the builder that anything is wrong until it has been done.

03/05/2005 - Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We received some very helpful and practical advice. Thankyou for all your help.

03/05/2005 - I have been most impressed by the prompt service received. From the previous days phone call, your staff were on site and dealing accordingly. Very informative with detailed explanations for decisions made. Charges? Seemed high at the time but I suppose justified now.

03/05/2005 - All the staff we have dealt with during our build have been excellent. We were left in a very difficult position by our builders and since then all the building control staff have been excellent. They have provided us with help, advice and support through a difficult time.

05/05/2005 - The Building Inspector was first class. The builders dreaded every time he came, nothing got past him although they tried to. Money well spent.

03/05/2005 - Of the five different staff that visited my site three were very helpful and two were not. There were items I was advised to do, which when I queried were subsequently withdrawn because the officer was going beyond his remit. Some fundamental aspects were missed which cost a lot in remedial works later.
