Trees in Conservation Areas

Trees in conservation areas are automatically protected and you will need permission to carry out any works. The form to apply for works to trees in conservation areas is available from this website.  After a form has been submitted the Council has 6 weeks to decide if the tree is worthy of a Tree Preservation Order (TPO).
