24/04/2006 We had one problem where building regs had stalled and we were not informed by building regs. This would've been helpful if we had been then we could have hastened our architect.

15/05/2006 4 - We had four visits from four different inspectors - with different attitudes. 5 + 6 - We had no queries for you to advise on. Some continuity would be preferable.

07/06/2006 We have no complaint with regards to Building Control involment with this project but were very let down by planning, who caused much stress and anxiety by incorrectly informing us that following a complaint they felt we needed planning permission and may have to remove our loft conversion. It took 6 days and many phone calls to rectify the situation and receive an apology.
