Licensing Applications

The objective of the Licensing Section is to maintain and improve the standards of public safety with regard to licensed premises, persons and vehicles. This is achieved by the balanced use of enforcement and education in relation to the appropriate legislation. You can download certain licence application forms online (see below). Door Steward badges are no longer issued by West Wilts District Council. Anyone wishing to work as a Door Steward will now have to contact the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and apply for a licence as it is against the law to work without one. You can contact the SIA on 08702 430100 or at www.the-sia.org.uk
