Initially you should make a confidential enquiry with the Headteacher of the School the child is attending. Many schools offer financial help and/or a second hand uniform scheme or they may be able to suggest other alternatives.

Alternatively, assistance may be available from a Trust Fund or Charity. Wiltshire Charities Information Bureau maintain a database of over 1000 national and local trusts and charities and there may be one that can help you with your uniforms costs.
