Human Resources Strategy
The council adopted a Human Resources strategy in 2005.
This document outlines the strategic direction of human resources across the Council over the next five years. It provides a framework to inform, support and guide the effective delivery of the human resources service - this will maximise our workforce's capacity and performance, which in turn will help the consistent improvement and delivery of our services and priorities.
