Corporate Plan 2006-2010

The Council’s Corporate Plan was first published in January 2005. It has been updated during 2006 in order to build on its strengths and address new emerging issues. The six priority spotlight areas for improvement remain the same and we continue our commitment to provide efficient and effective services within these priorities and across the Council as a whole.

The updated Corporate Plan sets out the improvements and achievements that the Council has made since the Plan was first published. A further review of the plan will be undertaken in autumn 2007.
