Corporate Enforcement Policy

The council reviewed the enforcement policy in 2007. Prior to this time a number of specific policies were in place, but the corporate enforcement policy now provides good practice and ensures that any actions, whether formal or informal, are carried out in a fair, clear and transparent way.
