By car - from the M4 and east

Leave the M4 at junction 17 and take the A429 to Chippenham, and then the A350 through Melksham towards Trowbridge. At the Semington roundabout (junction A361 & A350) continue on the A350 towards Westbury and Warminster. On reaching the next roundabout at Yarnbrook (junction A363 and A350) turn right on the A363 towards Trowbridge. Go straight over the next three roundabouts and then turn right at the fourth mini roundabout into Wiltshire Drive and take the first right into the car park at the rear of the District Council offices.

By car - from the M5/M4 and west

Leave the M4 at junction 18 and take the A46 to Bath. Continue south east onto the Batheaston bypass (A4). At the next roundabout turn right taking the A363 to Bradford on Avon. Go through the town centre and continue on the A363 through Trowbridge towards Westbury and Warminster. The Council offices will be found about 1 mile from the centre of Trowbridge on the left hand side after two mini roundabouts.

By car - from the south

From Warminster take the A350 through Westbury towards Trowbridge. Go straight over the Yarnbrook roundabout (junction A363 & A350, taking the A363), and the next three roundabouts. At the fourth mini-roundabout turn right into Wiltshire Drive and take the first right into the car park at the rear of the District Council Offices.

By Bus

Buses stop frequently directly outside the Council offices. The Wiltshire Bus Line, a public transport enquiry line operated by the County Council, offers comprehensive information about bus and train times throughout West Wiltshire. Tel 0845 7090899 (at local call rates). National Express Services also serve West Wiltshire.

By train

Regular services on the Severn-Solent line between South Wales and the south stop at Trowbridge railway station. Trains from Paddington to Penzance stop at Westbury (change at Westbury for Trowbridge or take a taxi - approx 10 mins). For passenger information tel 08457 484950.
