We have two complaints procedures to deal with two different types of complaints:

To complain about our services, our departments or the actions of our staff, please use our procedure for complaints about our service.

To make a complaint about the conduct of:

• a councillor of West Wiltshire District Council, or
• a councillor of a Town or Parish Council in West Wiltshire,

please use our procedure for complaints about councillors.
