Boundary Review

West Wiltshire District Council – Further Electoral Review

The Electoral Commission has accepted the Boundary Committee for England's final recommendations report with one modification.

The modification is to change the proposed district ward name of Holt and Hilperton and rename it as Avonside.

In summary, the District Council will continue to have 44 District Councillors but the district wards will alter from 25 wards to 24 wards.

The new wards will take effect for the District elections in May 2007.
