  1. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
    The Area Seminar are asked to elect a Chairman.
    NB In accordance with Article 10.03 (g) (ii) of the West Wiltshire District Council Constitution, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of each District Area Seminar shall be a member of West Wiltshire District Council, but may not be a member of the Cabinet of the District Council.
     
  2. APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHAIRMAN
    The Area Seminar are asked to nominate a Vice Chairman.
     
  3. APOLOGIES
    To receive apologies for absence.
