Advice on giving up smoking
Experience has shown that many smokers may decide to quit smoking with the introduction of Smokefree legislation.
If any of your staff, customers or anyone else want to become a non-smoker, the NHS can provide the following free help and support:

You can find your local service by calling the helpline, using the website or texting SMOKEFREE and your full postcode to 88088.
- The NHS smoking helpline - you can speak to a specialist adviser by calling 0800 169 0 169 (line are open daily from 7am to 11pm)
- www.gosmokefree.co.uk - an online resource for all the advice, information and support you need to stop and stay stopped.
