The Technical Services section has overall responsibility for the Council's Commercial Property, although the day to day management relating to lettings, rent collection and maintenance is undertaken by external commercial agents - Kavanaghs of Melksham at 13, High St, Melksham, SN12 6JY.

Office Units are located at Ascot Court, Trowbridge with light industrial units at Semington Turnpike, Semington, Sandown Centre, Trowbridge and Pound Barton, Sutton Veny.
