Licence - butchers' shop


Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) (Butchers Shops) Amendment Regulations 2000 require butchers' shops to be licensed by the local authority. Licenses are required for all businesses which handle or sell unwrapped raw meat and ready-to-eat foods.
