Generic change of circumstances form

If you currently receive Council Tax or Housing Benefit and there is a change in any of your personal circumstances, you must let us know as soon as possible.

You will also need to contact us in the event of other changes, such as change of name/ address, or of any deaths. This is so that we can update the relevant council tax and electoral records.
